Our holdings include medical and corporate office space, with ownership and management of 180,000 square feet in Palm Beach County, Florida. We actively are targeting properties in areas with community support along high traffic corridors; retail space where our experience and relationships can ensure fast renovation and tenancy; multi-family properties between 20 to 50 units, offering value-add potential in desirable locations; and a keen interest in under-maintained, high-potential properties well situated in strong-growth areas.

Land

The company has been amassing multiple parcels in high-growth areas with strong development prospects along the Federal Highway corridor between Boca Raton and Boynton Beach (in Palm Beach County, Florida). Our strategy includes securing ground leases, build to suits, and other development practices executed against each property’s unique characteristics and highest and best use.

Residential

South Florida’s robust luxury residential housing market has afforded Bark Management a unique opportunity to purchase high-end properties on the foreclosure/short-sale market. Our volume-backed strategy has been to acquire properties in exclusive neighborhoods, renovate the properties as needed to elevate their desirability, then sell at a discount from area comparables.

Joint Venture and Fund Participation

Bark Management, on our own and with trusted partners, has the resources to invest in and capitalize on opportunities across many real estate categories. We actively invest as a limited partner with trusted real estate companies and REITs nationwide. As noted, we continually search for deal flow in the multi-family, mixed use, or industrial / warehouse spaces, whether for new development, value add or stable income acquisitions.
